TREATED DATA
The website, during its normal operation, may acquire some personal data, which transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information could allow the identification of users through formulation and association with data held by third parties.
These data include, for example, IP addresses or domain names of computers or other tools used by users connecting to the site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the resources requested, the time of the request, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters according to the operating system and computer environment of the user.

POSSIBLE CONFERMENT OF DATA
Apart from that specified for navigation data and any cookies, the user is free to provide their personal data through the use of any forms or modules on the site.

METHOD OF TREATMENT
VIMOR, as data controller, and any other data controllers, will manage and file with automated and/or paper tools the personal data collected through the use of the site for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or voluntarily communicated by the user.
Specific security measures, as provided in Article. 32 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, are observed to prevent loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
The data are processed only by personnel authorized by the data controller and for the purposes indicated in the specific information.
If necessary, any personal data provided may be processed by external personnel or consultants who take care of the technical maintenance of the site, designated as the external data controller in accordance to Article 28 of Regulation 679.
The data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union.
Under no circumstances will the personal data be disseminated and there is no provision for any personal profiling of the user.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

The subjects whose personal data are processed are guaranteed all the rights referred in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18 of Regulation 679 (right of access with confirmation of existence or otherwise of the processing of their data, right of rectification, cancellation and limitation of treatment, to oppose the processing, when appropriate; right to data portability where applicable, right to revoke consent, right to lodge a complaint to the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data).
